What we store
The photos you upload, the videos we render, your account identity from our authentication provider, your credit ledger and your orders. Payment card details never reach our servers; Stripe handles them.

Why we store it
To render your video, keep your credits accurate, show your past videos and answer support questions. We do not sell data and we do not use your photos or videos for training or marketing.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores files. Our authentication provider verifies your email sign-in. Stripe processes payments. The AI model provider receives the photo for review and rendering.
How long we keep it
Photos and rendered videos stay until you delete them or ask us to. Credit and order records are kept while the account exists, plus the period accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can delete a video from My videos, and you can ask us to delete your photos, videos or whole account by emailing support from the address on the account.
