BadTimes AI renders a short video from a photo you upload, using a reference clip for the motion and the song. You need the right to use the photo and everyone in it must have agreed to appear.

Accounts and credits
Credits are bought in one-time packs, never expire, and are deducted when a render starts. Failed renders are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and the videos we render for you. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process them and store them for you. We do not publish your photos or videos, show them to other users, or use them in examples or marketing.
Acceptable use
No celebrity photos, no film or music-video stills, no other people without consent, no content that impersonates, defames, sexualises or harasses. Photos of children are only accepted in the baby and family templates, uploaded by the child's parent or legal guardian.
AI output
Renders are generated by an AI model and are labelled as AI where platforms require it. Results vary; we do not promise an exact likeness. Music rights remain with the rights holder.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service means accepting the version in force.
