Which tier, and how long?
Every render is 15 seconds at 768p in 9:16. Budget is the cheap test, Balanced is the default, Premium rebuilds the most detail and is required for pet templates.
What photo do I need?
One subject, face clearly toward the camera, bright even light, waist-up for people or full body for pets, empty hands, no stickers over the face.
How long does a render take?
Usually a few minutes. The page updates itself; you can close it and come back.
Where do I find my video after paying?
The Studio and My videos list every render. A single-video order also keeps a result link on its order page.
What happens if it fails?
Credits come back automatically. A single video bought at checkout can be re-run once for free from the same order page.
Are my photo and video private?
Yes. They are never published, never shown to other users, and never used as examples.
